Menu last week... udang n sotong tempura... xyah resepi la ye...rin pakai ready made tepung tempura je

Ayam goreng yogurt ni menu berbuka semalam...resepi dari Love.... CNP je ye

YOGURT FRIED CHICKEN (YFC)


Ingredients :~

(A)
1 whole chicken ~ cleaned and cut into medium sizes, drained.
1 cup/250ml plain yogurt
6 garlic cloves ~ finely pounded
2 inches ginger ~ finely pounded
1 tbsp paprika powder
1 tbsp cayenne powder
salt to taste
2 sprigs of curry leaves

(B)
1.5 cups wheat flour ( u may also add some rice flour)
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp cayenne powder
1 tbsp paprika powder
a pinch of salt
lemon juice (optional)

Cooking Methods :~

In a large bowl, marinate chicken together with all ingredients (A). Leave it aside for about 2-3 hours ( may also marinate overnight).
Once marinating time is over, mix together Ingredients (B) in another large bowl..(u may also use a ziplock plastic bag for this).
Meanwhile, heat oil in a wok. Make sure it's hot enough to fry (not smoky).
Place marinated chicken pieces in the mixed flour, coat well and deep fry in oil till cooked. (if using ziplock plastic bag, put mixed flour in the bag..then add chicken pieces, zip it and shake well).
Once cooked, remove chicken from wok, drain excessive oil. Squeeze some lemon juice over the fried chicken (optional).
Yogurt Fried Chicken is ready to be served!

* the use of paprika and cayenne has been adjusted to my preference...u may add/ less the quantity. 
 
Siakap Bersos Tomyam


BAHAN-BAHAN:-

1 ekor ikan siakap

1/2 caw tepung serbaguna
minyak utk menggoreng

Bersihkan ikan dan keringkan.
Celup ikan dlm tepung serbaguna dan goreng hingga garing.
Toskan dan letak atas piring.
Bahan Cincang Halus:-

5 ulas bawang merah
3 ulas bawang putih
3 cm halia muda
2 biji cili merah

Bahan Dihiris Halus:-

2 btg serai (hiris nipis)
2 helai daun limau purut
4 - 5 biji cili padi

Bahan-Bahan Sos:-

2 camb cili kisar
1 camb sos tomato
2 camb sos plum
2 camb gula pasir
2 camb sos cili
1 camb jus limau nipis
1 camt kicap manis
1 kiub tomyam maggi

CARA-CARA:-


Panaskan minyak. Tumiskan bahan2 cincang selama 1 minit.
Masukkan bahan-bahan sos dan kacau rata.
Bila mendidih, masukkan bahan-bahan hiris dan garam.
Masak hinga kuah pekat sedikit dan tuangkan ke atas ikan tadi.


Sotong Cili Api...menu semalam


BAHAN-BAHAN:-

500g Sotong
1 genggam cili padi
2 biji cili merah
2 labu bawang besar
1 batang serai
sedikit lobak merah dihiris
garam secukupnya
sedikit gula utk balancekan rasa pedas

CARA-CARA:-

Setelah sotong dibersihkan, ketepikan. Semua bahan-bahan lain ditumbuk tetapi jangan hancur. Tumis bahan2 ini jangan sampai garing. Masukkan lobak merah. Kemudian campurkan sotong tadi kedalam tumisan ini. Siap untuk dimakan.
